Yes this doll was made by Bella, it look like a nova from 1966 with open mouth.

No, she can't be from 1966, I did not play with dolls at that time - she has to be from 1960 or before that.

If you are sure you have her since the early sixties or before, than you are right, this is definitively not à Nova... Cause Nova was not made before 1963.
Do you know if this Bella came directly from France or if she was bought in DK ? The problem is that Bella made some different dolls for export. I have the same difficulty to identify some of my Bella dolls...
Did you allready visit the different blogs made by Bella fans ? Maybe you could find there the sister of your baby and ask more information.
